How to use it
Mix 50 g of Pro.Deco9 powder with 100ml Pro.Oxigen (dilution ratio 1: 2). Apply to the hair to be bleached and leave on for a maximum of 40 minutes. The pose time varies according to the type of hair and the desired lightening tone. Rinse thoroughly and wash your hair.
